Have you taken the Campus Climate Survey?

campus climate surveyAt midway through the survey-taking period, about one-third of faculty and staff have taken the One Miami Campus Climate Survey. This is a strong start, but the university is hoping for nearly 100 percent participation.

Taking the survey is critically important to advancing our common mission by creating and maintaining a welcoming and inclusive community across our multiple campuses.

To those who have taken the survey, thank you.

To those who still may take it by the Oct. 27 deadline (extended to Nov. 3), please find the link here: https://rankinsurveys2.com/miamioh/. It will take 20-30 minutes to complete.

Also, student participation to date is low. Please encourage undergraduate and graduate students to take the survey.

The goals of the project are: 1) identify successful initiatives, 2) uncover any challenges facing members of the Miami community, and 3) develop strategic initiatives to build on the successes and address the challenges.

All answers will remain confidential, and the results will be reported in group form only. Individuals will not be identifiable.

In appreciation for your participation, all respondents who complete the survey can opt into a random drawing on a separate site for one of 110 $45 pre-loaded VISA gift cards.

Additional information about the project is available at miamioh.edu/One-Miami-survey.

Thank you in advance for your contribution to this vital project.
