Faculty and Staff Appreciation Day includes 40% discount

Miami University Campus Stores presents Faculty and Staff Appreciation Day from 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 8, at Shriver Center.

The event will include both Brick & Ivy and 1809 Outfitters.

Faculty and staff will receive a 40% discount on one regularly priced, in-stock item. The discount does not apply to custom orders or technology.

Cutter & Buck will have a representative on site with the full line of its professional wear. Customers can pick their favorite apparel items and Miami graphics to create and order customized products.

Other special things include:

• Giveaways from various vendors.
• Apple campus workshop “Get to Know Your Mac,” noon-2 p.m.
• Light bites from Miami Catering.
• Information from recreational sports center representatives about faculty/staff discounts, classes and the Chestnut Field House, 11 a.m.-1 p.m.
