Several Miami grad programs rank among best in the U.S.
Several of Miami University's graduate programs place in the top 100 of U.S. News and World Report's 2015 edition of Best Graduate School Rankings, released March 11. Miami's speech-language pathology and part-time MBA programs ranked 52 and 57 respectively.

Alumna receives Presidential Award for Excellence in Mathematics and Science Teaching
Natalie Harr (Miami M.Ed. '09) received a Presidential Award for Excellence in Mathematics and Science Teaching (PAEMST). She was one of 102 K-12 science teachers to receive the $10,000 award. She is being honored this week at the White House.

Miami University Lecture Series continues with perspectives on Freedom Summer

NSF grant project focuses on the art of inquiry in chemistry education
Eleven high school chemistry teachers from the region are entering their second year of a research project at Miami University aimed at improving teaching and learning by focusing more on the inquiry method. Fairfield educator Kyle Jones is already changing his approach in the classroom.
