The countdown is on; only nine days left for open enrollment

Open enrollment is the one time each year when you can make benefit plan changes.

Elections for calendar year 2016 must be made via BannerWeb open enrollment before 5 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 31, 2015. Since this is a nonbusiness day, contact the Benefits & Wellness staff before close of business on Friday, Oct. 30, with your questions. Ask your questions early to ensure you have plenty of time to make your benefit decisions.

The Benefits & Wellness staff will be available during the following times for open help sessions. These sessions are walk-in (no appointment necessary) and can be used for one-on-one help with open enrollment, as well as Healthy Miami. Computers are available at these sessions.

  • Tuesday, Oct. 27: 9–11 a.m., 5 Roudebush Hall
  • Thursday, Oct. 29: 11 a.m.–2 p.m., 109 Johnston Hall, Miami Middletown
  • Friday, Oct. 30: 1–3 p.m., 5 Roudebush Hall
