W-2s will be available soon; do you need to make updates to your W-4?

W-2s will be available in Employee Services no later than Feb. 1, 2016.

You can print your W-2 from Employee Services, provided you give consent for your W-2 to be accessed electronically in BannerWeb.

If you want a paper copy mailed to your home, you must make the appropriate changes in BannerWeb between Dec. 7, 2015, and Jan. 5, 2016.

A kiosk is available during business hours in 15 Roudebush if you need to access the Employee Services tab.

If you have had a marital or dependent status change in 2015, don’t forget to update your W-4 in BannerWeb. Questions?  Please contact payroll services, 2 Roudebush at 529-6223 or human resources at 529-3131.
