Welcome Steve Schuchart

Fall 2015

Mr. Steve Schuchart, Visiting Assistant Professor, holds both a master's degree and undergraduate degree in criminal justice from the University of Cincinnati. Professor Schuchart has taught a variety of criminal justice courses at the University of Cincinnati. Recently retired Assistant Chief of Police for the City of Mason, Ohio, he brings 33 years of policing experience to the classroom. His office is located in 204F Thesken Hall. Professor Schuchart will teach CJS 101, CJS 276 and CJS 282. His areas of expertise include, among others, policing, organization and management, investigation, homeland security, and writing in criminal justice. Please welcome Mr. Steve Schuchart to the JCS department.

    The Department of Justice and Community Studies offers degree programs that can be completed entirely on the regional campuses. JCS faculty are located on both the Hamilton and Middletown campuses, and classes are offered at all three regional locations.
