In three semesters on Miami's Hamilton campus, Kristin Mallory has learned the value of mentorships. That's a value she hopes to carry forward to others, whatever her chosen career may be. Mallory is majoring in Civic and Regional Development.

Miami Regionals Campus Kids Program Receives Highest Preschool Recognition
Miami University Regionals' Hamilton Campus Kids program has earned the Five-Star Step Up to Quality Achievement Award from the state of Ohio, the highest recognition the Ohio Department of Education awards to preschool programs. It is the only child care program in the City of Hamilton to have earned a five-star ranking.

Miami Regionals receives $4,900 grant for Youth Citizens Academy program in area high schools
Miami University Regionals' Center for Civic Engagement has received a $4,900 grant from the Hamilton Community Foundation Youth Philanthropy Committee for the Youth Citizens' Academy for Area High Schools.
