A Spring Break That Made a Difference
Miami Regionals students went on a recent Alternative Spring Break (ASB) experience. These students traveled to Gatlinburg, TN in hopes of making a difference to people whose lives had been affected by the Great Smoky Mountains wildfires in 2016.

Miami Regionals Engineering Technology Seniors Present Research and Design Projects
Miami University Regionals' Engineering Technology students will present their senior design projects at a public event from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm on Friday, April 27 at the Harry T. Wilks Conference Center on the Hamilton campus. Senior design teams will conduct major open-ended research and design projects over the course of two semesters.

The Southwestern Ohio Symphonic Band Announces Spring Concerts
The Southwestern Ohio Symphonic Band under the direction of Chris Brandenburg, Conductor, and Dan Nichols, Associate Conductor, is playing Music Hall on April 30 and Dave Finkelman Auditorium on May 6.

Three Miami Regionals Students Named 2018 President's Distinguished Service Award Winners
Congratulations to Miami Regionals students Shannon Golden (Liberal Studies), Hannah Kuethe, (Integrative Studies and Applied Social Science), and Maryah Martin (Criminal Justice)! They will be honored with the Miami University President's Distinguished Service Award on April 15. Only 17 seniors from all of Miami's campuses will be recognized with this award.
