Help Desk & Support Representative

Work in a team environment to help provide quality technical services to internal users by providing on-site and phone support on end-user hardware and software-related problems.

  • Triage Helpdesk tickets
  • Setup new user accounts
  • Daily checks on server logs
  • Inventory control of workstations and peripherals


  • Working knowledge of MS Windows Operating Systems, MS Office, and Helpdesk Ticketing systems
  • Must be willing to learn new skills and technology
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Must have good interpersonal skills for dealing with internal customers
  • Attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and have customer service skills
  • Ability to install hardware and peripheral components
  • Willing to work on-call and be comfortable helping people over the phone

Physical Demands

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, sit, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel as well as reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and Ability to adjust focus.
  • This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers and filing cabinets.


$16 to $20/hr
