UR Forum April 26, 2017 

Oral Presenters are requested to arrive at your assigned room 15 minutes before the start of your assigned session. A technical assistant will be on hand to load your powerpoint to the computer in the room. An Oral Session moderator also will be in the room to keep time for you. Note these individual 15-minute presentations run back-to-back. Oral presenters and visitors are requested to stay for the entire 45-minute session; this will help control traffic and create a respectful environment for other presenters.
