UR Forum Oral Presentation Schedule

UR Forum April 25, 2018

Oral Presentations are held in 3rd floor rooms within Shriver Center. Oral Presenters are requested to arrive at your assigned room 15 minutes before the start of your assigned session.

A technical assistant will be on hand to load your powerpoint to the computer in the room. An Oral Session moderator will also be in the room to keep time for your presentation. Note: Scheduling is tight; these three individual 15-minute presentations run back-to-back.

Oral presenters and visitors are requested to stay for the entire 45-minute session; this will help control traffic and create a respectful environment for other presenters.
