Many student organizations use dining hall table tents, Shriver Center display showcases, banners, signs, posters and outdoor campus space to market and advertise student organization's events. Following is a list of marketing and advertising policies.
A-Frames signs are available to advertise student organizations events and are reserved through the PFD Sign Shop: 513-529-7039. Typically, student organizations have the print center print the poster(s) for the A-Frames.
Reservations for dining hall table tents are accepted by the Office of Student Activities and Leadership up to four (4) weeks before the desired week. End of semester exception: during the last week of classes, table tents may be reserved for the first four weeks of the next semester. Table tent design must be approved and “electronically stamped” by the Office of Student Activities and Leadership prior to printing.
Haines Food Court
Reservations for tabling space at Haines Food Court is reserved through the Hub. Once tabling space is approved, the contact person will receive an e-mail from the Hub

Uptown Banners - Review Off-Campus Events Section,
Display space for Shriver Center showcases is reserved through the Office of Student Activities and Leadership. Reservations are limited to student organizations and departments. Flyers and other information displayed in the showcases must relate to on-campus events and/or be an approved student organization event. No political advertisements can be displayed in the showcases. Stop by 356 Shriver to make a reservation or call 513-529-2266.
Registered student organizations may post sheet signs, campus banners, flyers, or posters in accordance with Appendix A in Miami University's Student Handbook. Any form of advertisement posted in violation of this policy may be removed without notice or warning by the University. Sheet Signs/campus sheets and signs/posters must include event date so advertisement can be removed within 24 hours following the event.
