Reporting to Miami University and/or Law Enforcement: Anyone who believe they have experienced sexual misconduct or interpersonal violence may report both to the University’s Deputy Title IX Coordinator and pursue criminal charges against the person or persons they believe to have committed the crime. A criminal charge and a University investigation may be pursued at the same time. Support and resources are available to students regardless of criminal charges, University investigations or University disciplinary action.

Anonymous Reporting: Anonymous reports will be accepted; however, the University’s options for investigating or resolving anonymous reports may be limited because of the unique challenges presented.
