Dean's Advisory Board Launching Soon
The office of the dean of students is seeking applications for a newly-formed dean's advisory board. The board, nicknamed DAB, will allow student leaders to influence positive change on campus, celebrate student accomplishments, and help the office of the dean of students set priorities and create initiatives.

Health Education Meets Gamification (with Prizes!)
EdLogics was introduced to Miami students in the Spring as a fun, engaging way to learn about health using gamification principles. Their fall registration drive kicks off in October.

Dan Darkow, coordinator in the Miller Center for Student Disability Services, was recently awarded the Ohio Association for Higher Education and Disability’s Dr. Lydia Block Rising Star Award.

FAFSA for 2020-2021 Available
The 2020 - 2021 FAFSA is available as of October 1, 2019. New, incoming first-year students are encouraged to submit the FAFSA by the Priority 1 deadline of December 1, 2019 or the Priority 2 Deadline of February 1, 2020. The priority deadline for returning, regional, transfer, and graduate students is February 1, 2020. Visit miamioh.edu/FAFSA for more information.
