All student organization events opened to the public must be approved by the Office of Student Activities. Examples of events include dining halls surveys, clothing or bake sales, 5Ks, cooks-outs or musical events located on-campus, as well as off-campus. Event requests (registration) are processed through the Hub and should be submitted 14 days prior to the event.
