On-Campus Events

All student organization events opened to the public must be approved by the Office of Student Activities. Examples of events include dining halls surveys, clothing or bake sales, 5Ks, cooks-outs or musical events located on-campus, as well as off-campus.  Event requests (registration) are processed through the Hub and should be submitted 14 days prior to the event. The Hub is a valuable, marketing resource through the Hub's calendar of events and bulletin board (for flyers). Review the sidebar links for additional information.
