Student Organization Showcases

Student Organization Showcases will debut in Fall 2017 as weekly events to show off student organizations and help recruit new members. These showcases include a themed student organization fair (similar to Mega Fair on a much smaller scale). We hope to give students the chance to meet your organizations and get involved without the overwhelming crowds of Mega Fair. 

2017 Dates

Student Organization Showcases are scheduled every Wednesday from September 6, 2017 to October 11, 2017, from 3pm - 6 pm.

Location:  Armstrong Student Center - East Wing Concourse

  • Week 1 (August 29) - 4:00pm to 7:00pm: Club Sports Fair
  • Week 1 (August 30) - 6:00pm to 9:00pm: Mega Fair
  • Week 2 (September 6) - 3:00pm to 6:00pm: Cultural Organizations
  • Week 3 (September 13) - 3:00pm to 6:00pm: Fine Arts
  • Week 4 (September 20) - 3:00pm to 6:00pm: Service
  • Week 5 (September 27) - 3:00pm to 6:00pm:  Political/Social Action   
  • Week 6 (October 4) - 3:00pm to 6:00pm: Religious, Spiritual, and Secular
  • Week 7 (October 11) - 3:00pm to 6:00pm: Special Interest/Recreation

Registration

You can sign your organization up for the showcases at the Registration Form on the Hub. This is the same form that you should use to sign up for Mega Fair and Mega Fair Performances, and Family Weekend Farmer's Market Performances.
