SEAL Workshops


The Associated Student Government (ASG), the Office of Student Activities and the Cliff Alexander Office of Fraternity Sorority Life, and the Office of Community Engagement and Service have worked together to create workshops focused on helping student organizations on campus. The workshops have three main categories: Foundation Programs, Organization Development Programs, and Roundtables. Be sure to note the date, time, and location for the workshops listed below.  New topics and dates for Spring Semester will be listed soon. 

December 4 - New Student Organization Training

2:30-3:30pm - Joslin Senate Chamber (1062 Armstrong Student Center)  

Have you started or are you starting a new student organization? Join us to learn about different things you need to know to make your new organization thrive at Miami!

January 31 - Mandatory Spring President & Treasurer's Training

5:00-7:00pm - Wilks Theater (Armstrong Student Center)  

Major changes to ASG Funding will be covered, as well as other important polices and procedures.  Student organizations need to understand the changes - at least one representative MUST attent this training session.
