Christian Latin literature from the fall of Rome to Renaissance. History, anecdote, drama, argument, lyric, pastoral, and satire verse. Special attention to the nature of medieval Latin and its relation to romance languages.

Prerequisite: LAT 202. CAS-B-LIT. Offered infrequently.
