241- Intensive practice in speaking and understanding everyday conversational Spanish. 242- Continued intensive practice in speaking and understanding Spanish, with an emphasis on narration of present, past, and future events. Designed to improve pronunciation and fluency. Credit/no-credit only.
Prerequisite for 241: SPN 202 or 203 or 299D. Recommend concurrent or prior registration in SPN 311. Prerequisite for 242: SPN 241.
