The Counselor on Duty, Alternate Staff on Duty, and the Miami University Police Department phone numbers are available 24 hours, 7 days a week for the duration of the 2019 Summer Scholars Program.

The number listed for the Police is for requesting assistance or reporting, and should not be used in the event of an emergency. If an emergency occurs, students should call 911.

Miami University Admission is available 7:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. Monday through Friday during the Summer Scholars Program.

Miami University Student Health Service is available 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. The number listed is for non-emergencies, and students should contact 911 in the event of an emergency.

*Counselor on Duty is a staff member that is on-call for 24 hours and is the primary point of contact for student participants within that time frame. The Counselor on Duty will respond to any phone calls to the Counselor on Duty phone number, whether they are Scholar inquiries, room lock-outs, or emergencies. In the event that the Counselor on Duty cannot be reached, the Alternate Staff on Duty should be contacted for assistance. Counselor on duty phone number is active June 30 — July 26.
