On-Campus Dining

Conference and Event Services can provide meal cards for use in a la carte and buffet locations in a flexible package that allows you to choose the options right for you by meal period and price point. Guests present these cards as a form of payment at cashier stations in each operation on campus. Meal card programs can be combined with any catering event, concessions, or vending to create a flexible plan that is right for you and your guests. Call a planner today to discuss your events dining needs.

When time permits and the occasion calls for it, Miami offers restaurant-style dining and a la carte operations for hosting and meeting needs. Each operation has a unique menu and dining style, offering our guests greater customization and choice during their meal. Costs vary per operation and the time commitment is greater than buffet operations. Academic year restaurant and a la carte operations include: eight storefronts at Armstrong Student Center including Pulley Diner opened 24 hours, Bell Tower Place, Dividends in the Farmer School of Business, King Cafe, and four restaurants in Maplestreet Station.

All You Care to Eat

Traditional all-you-care-to-eat dining options are strategically placed on Miami’s campus to be the perfect solution for large group hosting. This dining style offers the most predictable cost and most time efficient dining method. Academic year buffet options include Garden Commons, Western Dining Commons, Bell Tower Commons, Martin Dining Commons and Maplestreet Commons.
