Campus mail is a delivery service we provide for all departments conducting university business. Use of campus mail services for personal reasons is strictly prohibited.

Address Labeling Requirement

Mail Stop Codes (MSC) and Building Addresses

Proper use of mail stop codes and building addresses are required to help provide more efficient and accurate delivery of your mail. Use the Departmental MSC spreadsheet to find your department mail stop code.

How to Label Campus Mail Envelopes

Faculty/Staff Example: First Name, Last Name, MSC, Department Name

Non-Campus Mail Envelopes

When using non-campus mail envelopes, the name, MSC and dept address must be displayed on the front side of the mailpiece in a prominent location, along with a return address.The department or organization name and address must be visible on the face of the mailpiece, and all addresses must be clearly marked as "CAMPUS MAIL".

Campus mail must be sorted and grouped by MSC/Dept name or residence hall name. Regional campus mail should be separated with full campus name indicated in the address.

Delivery and Pickup Policy

All mail received is sorted and prepared for delivery by 10:00 a.m. daily. If you have campus mail that requires same day delivery, it must be received at Mail and Package Center by 9:00 a.m. Please alert Mail Center staff if same day delivery is required by calling 513-529-1522 or 513-529-9221

Mail and Package Center staff deliver all incoming USPS mail and pick up outgoing mail for delivery by the USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx. Deliveries are only made Monday–Friday between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Packages from UPS, DHL and FedEx will be delivered directly by the carrier to department locations.
