Fitness Programs
Current Miami faculty, staff, and graduate students can attend five free fitness classes per week at the Rec Center. Bring your Miami ID and show it to the instructor to participate.

Join us for a 10 week training program to get ready for the Red Brick Run on April 28th!
MiamiFaculty/staff and Rec Members can train at the Rec and outdoors on Tuesdays and/or Thursdays starting February 20th. Groups for walking, walking/running, and running will beformed so all abilities are welcome.
The program begins Tuesday, February 20, 2024. Tuesdays 12:00-1:00pm and Thursdays 5:00-6:00pm or both!
Cost: $60 (Covers training, race entry fee, access to the Rec Center during training times, and an exclusive Team Miami t-shirt)
