Campus Services Printing Options

Campus Services Marketing offers printing services for Miami University Departments. Our on-campus printshop houses a 64” wide format printer and a high capacity Xerox digital press, along with multiple pieces of finishing equipment. We offer a variety of popular print marketing collateral, including posters, flyers, and postcards. Order using the Formstack below using your final designs. File Tips

  • We accept the following file types: PDF, JPG, AI, and DOC
  • Please submit files that are built to the final size of the item you are requesting. Resizing may result in reduced image quality and excess white space.


All artwork must be approved by University Communications and Marketing to meet Miami's brand standards before requesting print services. Artwork can be submitted for approval using UCM’s approval request. Please allow a minimum of two weeks for order processing and production. After you submit your request, you will receive a quote within two business days. You will have two business days to approve the quote to keep your original requested due date. Once you approve the quote, we will work our magic!

You will receive an email once your pieces are ready for pickup. All pickups will take place at the Mail & Package Center inside Shriver Center. Below are their pickup window hours of operation.

Monday—Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm

Saturday 11:00 am–2:00 pm

Special projects might require an adjusted timeline. Printing services are first come, first serve.


A university account or index code is required to make printing requests, printing will not start until we have an account to charge. Transactions will be processed by the Auxiliary Business office.

Offered Products


Posters offer an option for a large amount of information and a longer lifespan. Select the poly option as a replacement for laminating, making the poster waterproof and tear resistant. 24”x36” could additionally be used in sandwich boards. Smaller sizes can be tacked to bulletin boards or placed in acrylic holders.

2’x3’ PVC posters are a graphic mounted on a rigid packing. The materials used allow them to be used outside or placed on easels, giving them a long lifespan.

Banners often include large text information that can be seen from a distance. The banners can be grommeted in the corners so it can be hung easily. They can be used outdoors and for longer periods of time.

Flyers offer a great handout option, available in 8.5”x11”, Half Sheet (8.5”x5.5”), and Quarter Sheet (4.25”x5.5”) sizes. These are produced on thinner paper, giving them a shorter lifespan.
