Purchasing a laptop
A student may purchase any of these laptop models through the Miami University Campus Store. (Note: the Campus Store is adding the two gaming laptop to its inventory. If you do not see them listed online, check back in a few days.) There are two important advantages to using the Campus Store.- Laptops carry three-year warranties, with on-site service in some cases.
- If a computer malfunctions and cannot be repaired promptly, a similar "loaner" computer is provided.
However, a student may purchase any brand or model of laptop from any vendor as long as the laptop meets the specifications shown above.
