Analog photography doesn’t have to be made in the dark, nor does it even need a camera. In this workshop, we will explore three popular experimental photo processes: lumens, chemigrams, and cyanolumens. Learn how to pull color out of black and white silver gelatin paper, to embrace chance and unpredictability, and to create a setup that allows you to practice these techniques without a darkroom. Our discussions include contemporary artists and concepts involved in the media.
