Award Details

2019 Theme:"Mazes, Puzzles and Logic as Art”

Please submit a .jpg image of your artwork no later than April 17th, 2019. You must include the dimensions, title, your name, major and year, as well as a brief artist statement about the piece. Failure to do so properly could eliminate your submission. We cannot delay our deadlines out of respect for the jurors and other submissions. So please be sure to include the necessary information.

The top honorable mentions will be on display in the CSE department located in Benton Hall until the end of fall semester (Dec). This is a purchase award; therefore first and second place winners will be on permanent display.

Only original artwork will be accepted. The artwork can be 3D or 2D. Artwork should be inspired by the given theme, however previously created artwork can be entered if applicable.

Should your artwork be selected, you will need to prepare it for display. For example; a painting or picture should have necessary hardware for hanging. If you have a 3D piece, feel free to contact us to discuss arrangements.
