    • Travis’ old position and
    • Becky Wilps old position
  • Anthem Cards should have all been delivered to everyone’s homes by now.

  • My Miami released information on job enrichment sessions.
    • Lauren will check to see if there are points available for attending or if they are opening more sessions.
      • UPDATE: Per Lauran’s email. Job Enrichment points are not available for these informational sessions.
  • Currently there isn’t anyone working on Student Employment. Becca Mauller went to Accounts Payable and Alicia has left the university

  • Parking and Transportation – Fab Bohon: Lauren to Fab: The University requiring drivers to pull into parking spots vs. backing in, is not something people are happy about. Fab said that due to Ohio going to a one plate state soon it is best to streamline and have all drivers pull into spots so their license plates are easily read. If you have a front plate you are still able to back into a parking spot.
  • CPAC/UPAC Swap – Laura: Have meetings the Tuesday before CPAC’s monthly meetings.
  • Networking and Events: – Laura explained that this is a new subcommittee that Emily will be heading. Emily has already planned the Strengths finder workshop for this month based on this subcommittee.
  • Holiday Project – Holiday Project has ended and we were able to help 135 children!!! We will start again in a few months.
    • Per Anita Sackenheim:
      • Raised in 2019 = $9060 + $930 left over from last year = spent $9990 of that plus $3500 in gift cards (donated by Meijer) at Meijer on Saturday shopping.
      • The $9060 amount included a $1000 donation from the Oxford Kiwanis Club. (so Miami employees raised $8060.)
      • add $5000 in gift cards from the Meijer Corporation.
      • In-kind donations include bicycles, books, diapers and baby items, stuffed animals, shoes and toys. (in-kind donations from other charities, Oxford Women's Club, Hooked on Jesus Crochet Club, and Miami employees.)
      • Many different donors and volunteers came from the Miami Tribe students, the Rowing Team, Kappa Kappa Gamma, Delta Epsilon Mu, University Advancement, Honors Program, CPAC, UPAC, the College of Education, Health & Society, Club Sports, MU Libraries, the ENG department, and so many more.
