Campus Climate Survey - Classified Staff

At the request of CPAC, the following statistics were run by Denise Krallman, Director of Institutional Research, on 9/13/18. CPAC wanted to let classified employees see some of the results since the study has ended. Printed copies of full reports have been distributed to King Library, B.E.S.T Library and the Miller Center for Student Disability Services in Oxford, at the libraries on the regional campuses and at the Voice of America Learning Center.

In fall of 2018, a Diversity and Inclusion Task Force will be working with the results of the survey to plan improvements to the university climate.

  • 610 classified staff responded to the survey (49% response rate)
  • 91% of the classified respondents indicated that Oxford was their primary campus
  • 68.3% of the classified respondents were female
