The Office of Institutional Diversity and Inclusion (OIDI) must approve the composition of proposed faculty search committees. Please complete the request form below to request approval from OIDI.

Schedule Search Committee Training

Upon receipt of approval of your search committee, a member of the Office of Equity and Equal Opportunity will contact you to register your search committee for an upcoming pre-scheduled training session with the Office of Institutional Diversity and Inclusion and the Office of Equity and Equal Opportunity. 

All training sessions last approximately 45 minutes to an hour and, unless otherwise noted, are conducted via Zoom. Search committee members only need to attend this training once per fiscal year (July-June). 

Advanced registration is required for each training session. Please complete THIS FORM or contact OEEO@MiamiOH.edu to request to be added to a training session. Sessions with fewer than five pre-registered attendees may be subject to cancellation.
