COVID-19

Love, Honor, and Success — it’s the Miami way of doing things.
This will not change, even though our method of delivery now needs to be flexible.

In support of minimizing the spread of COVID-19, the Center for Career Exploration and Success (CCES) is cancelling all employer visits to campus as well as large scale, in-person events. This includes our upcoming Government, Social Services, and Nonprofit Career Expo, Teacher Job Fair, and the Presidential Career and Leadership Series: Connecting Across All Career Clusters. We will continue to provide drop-in advising, basic interviewing workshops, and career advising appointments both in-person and virtually.  We will also begin hosting virtual events with employers looking to hire our students.

We recognize that this shift in service is a potential concern for those seeking internships and/or jobs. We encourage you to continue with your search process by utilizing the in-person and virtual resources listed above. Please also utilize this website for immediate information on building a resume, utilizing Handshake for your search, and preparing for an interview.

Please continue to pay attention to the various email announcements from senior university leadership and visit MiamiOH.edu/coronavirus for further university-wide updates.
