ELIGIBILITY

  • 30 earned credit hours by the semester prior to departure with a firm GPA requirement of 3.0 by the time of departure.
    • GPA of less than 3.0 at time of application will be considered but must be raised to above 3.0 in order to attend.  Students with a GPA below 3.0 may be eligible for conditional admission to the program but must be willing to accept financial outcomes if they are unable to meet the GPA minimum.
  • Students must meet the FSB Eligibility Policy standards. All applicants must submit a disciplinary waiver form. Acceptance to a program will be based, in part, on a review of each student’s disciplinary records. The nature of the offense, date of the offense, and disciplinary status will be considered. Students on disciplinary probation may not participate in a Farmer School of Business study abroad program. Please see the FSB Eligibility Policy.
  • Please note that priority will be given to business majors, followed by business minors for this program.
  • Students must be at least 18 years old by the program departure date.

HOW TO APPLY

A Completed Application is

  • A disciplinary waiver form signed electronically on-line.
  • All required pre-decisions electronic signature forms and tasks must be completed
  • An application submitted online.

Application Deadline:

  • Priority deadline is February 1 for Fall semester programs and May 1 for Spring semester programs. Second round applications begin the following day with rolling acceptance until the roster is full.
  • Program will close for admission on April 1 for Fall semester programs and August 1 for Spring semester programs.

Notification Date:

  • Priority Round: Students who complete their application by the priority application deadline will receive notification two weeks after the priority deadline.
  • Second round rolling notification will be sent out by e-mail two weeks after the program’s close of admission.
