Non-Academic Program Fees

When do I Pay?


(includes housing, orientation, airport pick-up and drop-off,
5-day study tour to Berlin, cell phone, transcript, Dutch
museum pass, student services and programming, admin
fees, Dutch visa and residence permit fees)


Program Fee   

Program Fee due in 2 installments:     

1) $2,000 deposit due within two weeks of FSB Global Studies adding a payment link to your Education Abroad application. We will alert you when this link has been added.*

2) Remainder due by May 1 for fall programs and September 1 for spring programs; non-refundable after the due date.*

*PLEASE NOTE: At this point, we anticipate that fall programs will run as planned. If that changes and the university cancels the program prior to departure, we will refund all payments made to the university.
