Application Process

There are a couple of easy steps to the application process:

  1. Online application, resume, contact info for your recommender, and *copies of your undergraduate transcripts
  2. Personal interview…if selected

*Upload a PDF of your transcripts from the bachelor degree-granting school. If your preference is to have your official transcript sent directly from your bachelor’s institution to the Graduate School then simply upload a note indicating this in place of a transcript. This will allow your application to be submitted.

Applicants for graduate study must have earned a baccalaureate (bachelor’s) degree from an accredited institution.

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis so you may submit your materials at any time prior to your preferred start date. Follow the steps below to begin your journey:

Choose the Miami MBA Program

Submit Online Application. When selecting program please choose “Business Administration”. The application fee for a degree program is $50 and is non-refundable.

Requirement for International Applicants

If you are an international student applying online, you will need the following requirements:

Certification that an undergraduate degree has been awarded

Proof of English Proficiency

Supplementary materials as required by the MBA Program

The application materials consist of: Current Resume and ONE Letter of Recommendation
You should upload your resume and contact information for your recommender.

If selected, interview with MBA staff

Interviews are required of all qualified applicants and are held at our suburban location in West Chester at Miami’s Voice of America Learning Center. The MBA staff will conduct all interviews. Our office will contact you to schedule an interview.

If your preference is to be considered for our next start date please submit your online application along with a copy of your *transcripts, resume, and contact information for your recommender. If you do not have a copy of your transcripts at the time of submission, please upload a PDF that states you are having your transcripts sent to the MBA office. This will allow your application to be submitted for processing.

Decide on your preferred start date and complete prerequisites

Upon being admitted to the MBA program you may choose the start date that best fits your schedule. For your convenience you may choose to begin fall, spring or summer term.

Although not part of the admission process, if you have not taken the prerequisites of financial accounting, microeconomics, and statistics as an undergraduate you must complete the online courses prior to beginning the program. Learn more.
