Student Programs and Intramurals

Opportunity awaits at the Goggin Ice Center for students of all interests and skill levels. Along with one of the largest ice intramural program in the country, Goggin offers KNH classes, Moonlight Skating, and opportunities for special events and student organization fundraisers. Recent highlights include a Skate-in Movie, Fallin’ for Goggin, and a Super Smash Bros Tournament.

Intramural Ice Sports

Get involved with one of the largest ice intramural programs in the country! Were you one of the over 5,300 students, faculty/staff, and community members who participated last year or is this the year you start? We offer broomball and hockey leagues for all skill levels. Broomball is similar to hockey but uses a non-traditional “broom” for a stick, shoes in place of skates and a ball instead of a puck. Special broomball shoes (rental pairs available) may be used to gain better traction on the ice.

In addition, we host special tournaments and open houses such as dodgeball on ice and curling. Be a part of one of the coolest programs on campus.

Miami University students, faculty and staff are all invited to participate. Get your teams together NOW!
