Charitable Giving Campaign

Miami University participates annually in the charitable giving campaigns for the following organizations: Butler County United Way and Community Shares of Greater Cincinnati. The campaign for this year will run October 2 through November 17, 2023.

To make a pledge, you will need your worksite zip code (Oxford, Hamilton, Middletown) and your Miami email address.

Please note - to increase the security in this process, after you enter your zip code and work email address, the pledge system will email a link for you to complete your 2024 pledge amount. If this is your first time making a charitable giving pledge, you will need to complete additional information on the initial pledge page.

Your donation page will allow you to arrange for regular contributions through self-pay, credit card or payroll deduction. If you choose payroll deduction, your contributions will begin with your first pay in January 2024.

You can provide your donation amount and direct donations to Butler County United Way and Community Shares of Greater Cincinnati as you wish.

Miami University does not require contributions or endorse any particular agency. We are making these options available to you to participate if you wish.

Employees can also contribute to the Miami Fund via payroll deduction.
