This site will house important updates, information, and relevant resources related to the Tenure / Tenure- track and TCPL Faculty and Librarian Unions. Although Ohio laws and regulations dictate how and when administration can engage with union members, the University remains committed to communicating in a timely and transparent manner when and wherever possible.

As we turn the page to this new chapter at Miami, many things still remain uncertain and still need to be decided. That said, the University remains committed to supporting its faculty and staff, regardless of their union affiliation, as they continue to create and inspire an academically excellent and rigorous experience for our students.

Looking to the future and the ever-changing landscape of higher education, the success of Miami and its faculty, staff, and students will depend on our ability to work together in ways that keeps our mission of academic excellence and student success at the forefront of everything we do.
