Works in Progress

Dr. Miller is currently engaged in the process of revising his dissertation “Pioneers in Exile: The China Inland Mission and Missionary Mobility in China and Southeast Asia, 1943-1989” into a manuscript. He has also begun research on the networks of trade, travel, and cultural exchange linking Iowa and Hebei province since the 1980s that have influenced contemporary Sino-American relations.
