SBS Transfer Evaluation Request

If a course is indicated as approved to transfer on Transferology.com, it will be AUTOMATICALLY ACCEPTED and you don't need to submit this form.

If you have checked that your transfer request will not be automatically accepted, then be sure to consult with and follow the guidelines of the Office of Registrar Transfer Credit Evaluation Services prior to completing and submitting this form.

We highly recommend that you attach a copy of the transfer courses syllabi to receive an expedited response.

Following the successful submission of your request you can expect to receive an approval or denial of your request within 2-7 business days and/or be contacted by the Chief Departmental Advisor or a secondary advisor. We greatly appreciate your patience and look forward to assisting you.
