Middletown Campus CTL

CTL Conversations

As Miami Middletown enters its 50th year and transitions as a new academic division, this year’s MUM CTL Conversation series considers ways our teaching and learning will write the next chapters of our institutional lives. This year’s first CTL Conversation involves our collective “drafting” of “chapters” we will author in future sessions to address the interests and concerns that shape our institutional lives in this period of change. Come help us draft ideas for conversation topics that explore the teaching and learning goals and methods that will help members of the Miami community write the best educational story possible for the years to come.

MUM Excellence in Teaching Award

Each year the CTL sponsors the selection of a full-time and a part-time faculty member to receive the Excellence in Teaching Award. Learn more about the MUM CTL Teaching Award.

Small Group Instructional Diagnosis (SGID)

We encourage all faculty to make use of the Small Group Instructional Diagnosis (SGID). SGIDs allow faculty to receive feedback from their students about their courses in progress. Go to the About SGID page to learn more.
