Information for Returning Former Students

Once you have taken classes at Miami, you're able to reenroll at Miami after a leave of absence, whether you've been away for a semester or a decade. Since you’ve been gone, there may have been some changes at Miami, but what’s stayed the same is our commitment to the success of our students. We aim to support, inspire, and empower you on your educational path. You have enormous potential to do great things--welcome back!

Returning Former Advising

Within a week of your reenrollment being processed, you'll get an email to your Miami account from regadvising@MiamiOH.edu with a link to schedule an advising appointment with an advisor who works with your declared major. If you are changing your major, email Laurel Gilbert at gilberlm@MiamiOH.edu to be referred to the correct advisor for your new major. In your advising appointment, you'll go over degree requirements, course selection and registration, and any questions you might have.
