Application Deadline Program offers the opportunity for undergraduates to work with and learn from graduate students while conducting research under the supervision of a faculty member.

Interested in Applying?  Drop in to the Oct 23, 2018 Showcase of USS and Hughes Summer Scholars. King Library 3rd floor CDS (Center for Digital Scholarship Room)  Noon - 3:30 pm

A nine-week summer program, USS enables sophomores and juniors to do research or other creative activities in the summer with the supervision of an individual faculty mentor. Students MUST submit your application to the department of the faculty member who agrees to serve as your USS Mentor.

(HawksNest) Crowdfunding for Undergraduate Research Projects 

HawksNest crowdfunding platform invites alumni, family, and friends of the university to directly support the research and scholarship of Miami University students, faculty, and staff. Ongoing application deadline.

RedHawk Ventures - Student-led venture capital fund, supporting Miami University student and alumni founded startups 

Ongoing application deadline. We provide advisory services and funding to grow young businesses from the earliest stages of idea generation onward. Members of Redhawk Ventures attain practical knowledge of the funding process through establishing funding criteria and actual allocation of capital in the range of $1,000-$25,000. Affiliated with the Page Center for Entrepreneurship at Miami University's Farmer School of Business.
