Early Arrival Program

The 2018 Early Arrival Program Application will become available to students in their Slate accounts once they confirm their intent to attend Miami University in Fall 2018.

This year's Early Arrival Program will occur from August 18 - 23, 2018. This program is only open to LSAMP eligible students and there is no cost to the student or family to attend. It includes programming, housing and meals.

LSAMP eligible means: you must be pursuing a STEM degree (or be undecided); from an ethnic group underrepresented in the sciences (African American, Native American, Hispanic, Native Alaskan or Pacific Islander or any mix that includes these); and be a US Citizen or permanent resident.

Due to increasing numbers, we must limit the number of students we can accept. Students will be selected based on their essays and achievements.

Students will be notified of acceptance into the Early Arrival Program by July 16, 2018.
