Student Organization Operations and Procedures for Fall 2021

Student Organizations include all Registered Student Organizations, Affiliated Student Organizations, Fraternity and Sorority Chapters, and Sport Clubs.

  • Student Organizations may now request classroom space for use in Fall 2021. To make a request, please access 25Live.
  • Armstrong Student Center is also now taking space reservations for Fall 2021. To make a request, please access Virtual EMS.
  • Groups are strongly encouraged to hold large scale events in outdoor locations when possible. Indoor events are no longer restricted. Follow CDC and State of Ohio guidance regarding vaccinations and masks. Members and guests who are not vaccinated should wear a mask, practice social distancing, and wash hands frequently.
  • If you are hosting an event or planning to attend an event and feel sick, please stay home until you have fully recovered.
