Orientation Fees

Nearly all costs associated with orientation are already included in student tuition & fees. The only costs for which students/guests are responsible are early move-in fees (for on-campus residents who move in to their assigned residence hall space prior to Sunday, January 27, 2019), and meals.

Orientation Housing Charges

Students who move in to their assigned residence hall room for January orientation will be charged for early arrival housing each night prior to Sunday, January 27, 2019. This charge will be applied to students' bills in late January, and payable on the monthly due date in February. Payment cannot be accepted at the orientation program. The cost of early arrival (per night) is TBD for the 2018-2019 academic year. Students who live locally and wish to commute during orientation will not be charged for early move-in, as long as they do not access their room prior to Sunday, January 27, 2019.

Student meal plans begin at 9am on Sunday, January 27, 2019. Student meals are not provided during January orientation, though dining options in the Armstrong Student Center (where January orientation is located) will be open, and will accept payment by cash or credit. Students and guests will receive detailed information regarding pre-semester dining options in the confirmation email after registering for January orientation.
