Meet the Access Fellows Council

Group of about 30 access fellows

The Access Fellows Council is a great way to become involved in changing the culture for low-income and working-class students at Miami University. The Council collaborates with the Access Fellows program coordinator, Chasity Dittmann, to regularly hold social events and host programs that can benefit other Access Fellows. Through Access Fellows, you’ll be able to meet other students whose backgrounds are similar to yours - and build a community you will be able to turn to throughout your time at Miami.

Among the outstanding events recently hosted or co-hosted by the Access Fellows Council are:

  • Mini Horse Therapy
  • S’Mores and More: Peer Mentoring Kickoff
  • When Your Money Gets Funny: Guide to Personal Finances
  • Mapping Your Passion
  • Demystifying Study Abroad

Please reach out to Program Coordinator Chasity Dittmann (dittmac2@miamioh.edu) to learn more about Access Fellows Council events and how to become involved.
