Mega Fair

Miami has more than 500 student clubs and organizations, including service organizations, fraternities and sororities, academic and career-focused groups, and special-interest clubs. With so many options for getting involved, you may find yourself overwhelmed with learning about your choices. To help you discover what groups might be a good fit, attend a large- or small-scale Mega Fair, offered toward the beginning of each semester.

Mega Fair

Mega Fair is a massive student organization fair. Leaders from many of Miami's 500+ student clubs and organizations set up shop to let other students know who they are, what they do, and how to join. You'll find student performances, free food samples and giveaways, and a wealth of information at Mega Fair. The event is a great way to jump-start your involvement on campus!

Mega Fair is held during the first week of classes in August on Central Quad. The 2018 date will be released soon. 

Winter Mega Fair

Winter Mega Fair is on a slightly smaller scale as Mega Fair in August. It is held primarily in Armstrong Pavilion over two dates in February. 

  • Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at 5 pm
  • Monday, February 12, 2018 at 5 pm

Each event will showcase different organizations, so students interested in learning about all potential options should attend both Winter Mega Fairs. 

Mini-Mega Fairs

Mini-Mega Fairs (formerly Student Organization Showcases) debuted in Fall 2017 as weekly events to show off student organizations and help recruit new members. These mini-fairs include a themed student organization fair (similar to Mega Fair on a much smaller scale). Mini-Mega Fairs give students the chance to meet student organizations and get involved without the overwhelming crowds of Mega Fair. 

Mini-Mega Fairs are held primarily in September and October in the East Wing Atrium of Armstrong. 2018 dates will be announced soon.
