About
The Center for Career Exploration and Success is a student success office within the Miami University Division of Enrollment Management and Student Success designed to empower undergraduate and graduate students to engage in career exploration, professional development, and experiential learning to optimize their personal and career potential through connections with employers and the Miami Career Community. We exist to help students choose meaningful career paths and excel in a diverse, rapidly-changing and global society.
Our Achievements
Miami University touts high first destination success rates and a strong reputation. In support, the Center for Career Exploration and Success (CCES) continues to grow the Miami University Career Community by encouraging students, faculty, staff, alumni, parents and employers to understand their own vital role in supporting the career development process.
CCES strives to be a premier career center nationally, whereby students increasingly land their ‘A’ job or educational placement. We host events, networking opportunities, career fairs and advising appointments to help students compete for highly competitive careers and/or to situate them to become leaders, innovators and well-respected professionals within their chosen industries.
CCES also aids in additional Miami University strategic priorities, including the Presidential Career and Leadership Series.
