THEODORE H. TORBECK

President and CEO, Cincinnati Bell Inc.

Ted Torbeck is President and CEO of Cincinnati Bell Inc. He joined Cincinnati Bell in 2010 as President and General Manager of Cincinnati Bell Communications. In that role, he was responsible for all Cincinnati-based communications businesses, which include Cincinnati Bell Telephone and other wireline companies, Cincinnati Bell Wireless and CBTS.

Prior to joining Cincinnati Bell, Mr. Torbeck was Chief Executive Officer of the Freedom Group, a subsidiary of Cerberus Capital Management, a private equity firm. In this role, Mr. Torbeck acquired nine companies and integrated them into one entity. Mr. Torbeck worked more than 25 years for the General Electric Co. He served as the Vice President of Operations for GE Industrial Business, President and CEO of GE’s Rail Services business as well as Vice President of Global Supply Chain for GE Aviation.

A native of Cincinnati, Mr. Torbeck earned his B.S. in Marketing from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and his MBA at Xavier University. He is on the Board of Directors for United Way of Greater Cincinnati and the USA Regional Chamber Board. In addition, he serves on the Minority Business Accelerator Leadership Council for the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber and is a member of the Cincinnati Regional Business Committee with a focus on education. He is also the capital campaign co-chair for St. Aloysius and a member of the Board of Governors at the Queen City Club.

SKIP BENAMATI

John "Skip" Benamati is a Professor of Information Systems and Chair of the Information Systems & Analytics Department at the Farmer School of Business, Miami University, Oxford, Ohio, USA. John holds a PhD in MIS from the University of Kentucky, an MSCS in Information Systems from Marist College, and a BS in Computer Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. John also has sixteen years of MIS industry experience, ten with IBM and six as an independent IT consultant. His major research and teaching interests are e-commerce trust, changing IT, information privacy, and IT management/strategy. His research has previously appeared in the Communications of the ACM, Journal of MIS, Decision Sciences Journal, IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management, Decision Support Systems, Information & Management, European Journal of Information Systems and elsewhere.

KENNETH J. BRUNO

Kenneth J. Bruno is the Vice President of Human Resources, Global Supply Chain at Schneider Electric. Kenneth began his career with Schneider Electric on 1987 as a Sales Engineer in Schaumburg, Illinois, later moving onto various Sales management positions in the Midwest area. In 1999, he moved to a corporate position as a Director of Process Improvement in the Sales and Marketing area. In 2002, Kenneth took a leadership position as Director of Customer Service for the US business. In 2006, Kenneth moved to the HR function as Vice President of Human Resources and led HR activities across the company’s U.S. business for the Commercial functions. In his current role, he is responsible for several major areas, including strategic and operational human resources and communications leadership for the Global Supply Chain in North America. Kenneth holds a bachelor’s degree from Calumet College in Hammond, Indiana.

STEPHANIE FERRIS

Stephanie L. Ferris is Senior Vice President & General Manager of Financial Institutions. She leads our business that sells to and services over 1,400 Financial Institutions. These services include integrated card issuing & processing, merchant services, ATM Driving & fraud mitigation as well as Advisory Services.

Prior to her current General Manager role, Stephanie led Corporate Strategy at Vantiv and was responsible for leading the development of the Company’s first formal corporate strategy. Stephanie has held several significant financial roles within Vantiv and Fifth Third Bank. Reporting directly to the CFO, she ran Financial Planning & Analysis at Vantiv from 2006 to 2013. Her responsibilities included strategic business planning, financial reporting, financial analysis, pricing, costing, support for investor relations, and merger & acquisition modeling. Stephanie was the Chief Financial Officer of the Company when it was a division of Fifth Third Bank and led the sale of the Company to an external private equity firm in 2009. As CFO, she led all finance functions including Accounting, Treasury, Tax, and the Financial Systems for Vantiv. Prior to that, Stephanie held a number of key roles within multiple divisions of Fifth Third Bank, including the CFO for the Investment Advisors Division. Stephanie joined Fifth Third Bank from PriceWaterHouse Coopers LLP where she was an Audit Manager. Stephanie is a Certified Public Accountant and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Miami University.

Stephanie has a passion around women in the work place. She is the founding member of the Vantiv Women’s Business Network as well as Fifth Third Bank Women’s Network. She is currently the Co-Chair of the Vantiv Women’s Business Network.

PUNEET KAPOOR

Director of Enterprise Risk Management
Walgreens

Puneet Kapoor is the Director of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) at Walgreen Co (“company”). In his current role, Puneet has the responsibility to oversee the entire company’s ERM process with reporting responsibilities to the company leadership, the Risk Steering Committee and, through the Treasurer of the company, to the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors. Prior to his current role, Puneet managed company’s internal audits of its healthcare business.

Leading up to his current position, Puneet spent 16 years of his career in the Internal Audit profession, assisting his internal or external clients manage risk through comprehensive business risk assessments, developing real time risk identification and management processes and recommending value added mitigation strategies for the identified risks.

Puneet has a unique and diverse perspective on business and risk acquired through his experiences in multiple industries working for companies including Caremark, Inc., Baxter Healthcare, KPMG, McDonald’s Corporation, Littelfuse and Walgreens, operating in North America, Europe, Asia, Australia and South America.

Puneet has been a strong advocate of integrating risk management into business management through self-sustainable value added process improvements or adjustments.

He is also experienced in reporting to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of publicly traded global organization, several governance committees layers of executive management.

Puneet is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a B.S. of Accountancy degree from Northern Illinois University.

MIKE KENNEDY

SVP Ethics & Compliance

Michael P. Kennedy is Senior Vice President of Ethics and Compliance at Cardinal Health, Inc., a Fortune 19 company dedicated to improving the cost effectiveness of healthcare. In his current role, Mike leads compliance, ethics ad policy initiatives for the company. Mike has over twenty-five years experience providing legal and compliance counsel to entities in the healthcare industry.

While serving at Cardinal Health, Mike has held positions as Senior Vice President, Sales Operations; Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Healthcare Supply Chain Services; Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel; Vice President, Associate General Counsel and Assistant General Counsel.

Mike previously served as a partner in the healthcare practice group with the law firm of Schottenstein, Zox & Dunn where he provided legal representation to hospitals, physicians and other healthcare entities. He also served as Division Legal Counsel for Charter Medical Corporation; Deputy General Counsel with Medaphis Corporation; and as a healthcare associate at King & Spalding and Dodd, Connell & Hughes in Atlanta, Georgia.

Mike currently serves as a trustee for the Mount Carmel College of Nursing, Columbus, Ohio, and is a member of the Advisory Board for the Center for Business Excellence at Miami University, Oxford, Ohio.
