Farmer School Seniors Receive President's Distinguished Service Awards

At a ceremony held at Kumler Chapel on April 15, Farmer School of Business students Nick Huber and Tory Paez received President's Distinguished Service Awards. Huber and Paez were among 16 students to be presented with the honor this year.

Huber hails from Dayton, Ohio. A Finance major, Huber received the President's Distinguished Service Award from his role in campus leadership, including serving as Miami University's Associated Student Government President. During his time at Miami University, Nick served as President of Alpha Rho Delta of Chi Psi Fraternity and Vice President of External Relations of the Business Student Advisory Council. After graduation, Huber will join the investment banking group at JP Morgan Chase in New York City.

Paez is a Management and Organizations major from Solon, Ohio. She received the President's Distinguished Service Award for her work as a Co-Founder and President of Women in Business. Paez is a current undergraduate teaching associate for a senior management course and served as Treasurer for Association for Women Students. She has additional interests in non-profits and social entrepreneurship activities. Upon graduation, Paez will join West Monroe Partners in Chicago as a consultant.
