Miami's Havighurst Center brings art from Post-Soviet Russia to the surface through Creative Horizons
Miami's Havighurst Center for Russian & Post-Soviet Studies has helped to create a new initiative called Creative Horizons, a digital project that captures the significance of art in the post-Soviet era. Its mission is to illuminate how Russian artists combine art and history to evoke creativity through hardship and to create meaning through resilience.

Psychology students push forward their research despite the pandemic to present at a major national conference
Two undergraduate psychology students, who since last May have been working in professor of psychology Christopher Wolfe's Medical Decision Making lab, have been selected to present their research at the 50th annual meeting of the Society for Computation in Psychology on November 19. Three other Miami undergraduate and a graduate student are co-authors on a third presentation.
